AIQCAT operates a data-protection programme aligned with the GDPR, UK GDPR, and Japan's APPI. This page summarises the principles, the Data Processing Addendum, and data residency.

Principles

Our data protection principles.

AIQCAT implements the following principles as binding internal policy across all jurisdictions in which it operates.

Lawfulness, fairness, transparency

Every processing activity has a documented basis and is communicated to data subjects.

Purpose limitation

Personal data is processed only to deliver the assessment Services.

Data minimisation

Only data necessary for assessment, credentialing, and integrity is collected.

Accuracy

Examinees can correct identity data through their account; corrections are honoured within 14 days.

Storage limitation

Submissions are retained for the contractual period (default 24 months); logs 12 months.

Integrity and confidentiality

Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant, access-controlled to need-to-know.

Data Processing Addendum

DPA, ready for signature.

The standard DPA implements EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA, and equivalent transfer mechanisms. Enterprise customers may negotiate addenda under counsel review.

How to exercise your rights.

Subject to applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. AIQCAT acknowledges within 3 business days and completes within the statutory timeframe.
