About AIQCAT

AIQCAT — the AI Quantitative Capability Assessment Test — is a practical assessment that quantifies the ability to solve tasks with generative AI. It is not an IQ-style intelligence test.

Mission

Grade work, not lectures.

Conventional tests often reward recall. AIQCAT is built to test output — the ability to direct AI, evaluate results, iterate, and ship work that holds up to review. Assessment is anchored in real artifacts (Excel, PDF, images, video), not multiple-choice questions.

Technology

Built on Swarm Assessment.

AIQCAT is built on Swarm Assessment technology. Statistical physics × LLMs: a swarm-intelligence method for high-precision, large-scale measurement of workforce AI competency. A statistical-physics-meets-LLM foundation for controlling and orchestrating large-scale agent swarms is applied here to measure human AI competency at scale.

01

Artifact-anchored

Graded on what a person actually produces, not on what they claim they can do.
02

Swarm-scored

A swarm of AI evaluators scores each submission, calibrated to reduce single-model bias.
03

Multidimensional

Six competency dimensions, each reported individually and combined into a single result.

Governance

How grading stays consistent.

Grading is anchored to a documented rubric across the six competency dimensions, so results follow published criteria rather than any single reviewer's judgement. Each submission is scored by a swarm of AI evaluators and calibrated to reduce single-model bias.

AIQCAT is operated by KandaQuantum Inc..
